Reports is showing different count between test and Prod data after P2T

Summary:

we run a report in test and in prod after p2t and we notice that there is a huge amount of data that is not showing in test,

i though there is a difference between the report config, in which i archive and unarchive the report from prod to test to ensure that i'm using the same report.

however in test the result is just 70k+ records while in prod its around 107k+

i compare the report extracted between prod and test and check the difference.

i notice that there are some data missing in the report in test, but when you just check it in different way you can find that record.
