New Hire Life Event is showing Enroll in Ben Admin but not showing in Self Service after Open Enroll

Summary:

We have 3 new hires that were hired on 11/10 after Open Enrollment. The New Hire Life event is showing open under Ben Admin but on the employee self service it's not showing Enroll Now. I have backed out and reprocessed the New Hire Life event and it's still not working.
