Intermittent Data Loading Issues After Enabling Redwood in PROD

Summary:

Since Redwood was enabled in PROD, we frequently encounter issues where data such as employees, positions, jobs,ORC, etc. does not load on certain pages randomly. We know how to resolve it by running the appropriate ESS scheduled processes, but we would like to understand if this behavior is expected.
