AP Invoice Job Level Approval

Summary:

Requirement: Invoice with amount of 1,000 to 5,000 should be approved by Level 7 or 8. Only one approval is required.

In my testing, the approver is already level 7 which should be enough to approve the invoice, but the approval still goes to the level 8 line manager.
