Issue with custom HR role accessing performance document spreadsheet loader

Hi team,

we are experiencing an issue when a custom HR role accesses the spreadsheet loader for mass creation of performance documents.
The role is enabled for the “Process Mass Actions for Performance Documents” task and can see the “Create in Spreadsheet” button, but when downloading the spreadsheet, we get the following error:

“Action failed
You don't have permission to access this information. Contact your help desk. (FND-13)”

Do you know which privilege is missing from my custom HR role?
