Unable to rename "Start Date" on Individual Compensation Plan

Summary: We have a critical requirement to rename "Start Date" on Individual Compensation Plan, however we aren't able to do so via User Interface Text.

We want to rename this field to "Submission Date" and this issue is flagged as one of urgent item for an upcoming release.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We enabled a Sandbox and included UIT tool, later we searched for "Start Date" and narrowed down to Compensation Pages. We tried to replace this field label to "Submission Date", but irrespective of the selection this field isn't able to get renamed.

Appreciate if someone can help us in achieving the ask via UIT. Kindly guide us with the exact search record in UIT that need to be renamed, in order to get the "Start Date" field replaced with "Submission Date" on Individual Compensation Plan.
