Hide Additional Personal Info from Emergency Contacts

In Oracle HCM 25D, once you go in to My team > Emergency contacts > Select an employee > In the list of the emergency contacts for the employee selected there is a 3-dot icon with options, one of the options is "Additional Personal Info"

We tried via Visual Builder and no luck hiding this.
