Has anyone built a custom ESS Definition with Parameters and had it work?

Summary: I am trying to build a Custom ESS Definition to run the Trial Balance Extract so our finance users can continue to have their seeded report, but also have a custom report using the seeded Data Model and a new .rtf.

The Parameter additions (which are invisible in the seeded Trial Balance Extract, so I can't copy those either) don't give me all the required fields to fill in. So even though I fill them all in, I get an error and cannot save them. ChatGPT insists I should see more fields there to fill in, namely "Name", but I cannot get that to show in non-Prod nor Prod.
