Adding custom valuation allowance accounts

Hi Experts,

At the moment there are 3 out-of-box valuation allowance accounts under Total Valuation Allowance: Credits, non-current and tax losses. Can we add more into this bucket? Our temp adjustment accounts have different tax rates. So using one non-current valuation allowance at pre-tax level would not work as only one tax rate can be specified. I am thinking if it is possible to add another one or two allowances so we can set up different tax rate against each?

Or as another option, can we change the tax data type of the OOTB valuation allowance account from pretax to tax?
