Is that possible to restrict HR Admins/Managers in Internal Candidate Search in Succession Planning?

Hi Team,

In the Succession Planning, While HR Admin adds a Candidate in the Internal Candidate type, He/She could able to view all the active employees in the Organization in that dropdown search.

Expectation :

Is that possible to restrict employees in the Internal Candidate Search field? While HR Admin's/Managers create a succession plan for the job plan type and if he tries to add a candidate as a internal candidate, He should be able to view the employees in the search who is one level higher or lower for the job which he had selected in the plan info section.
