Talent Review - Redwood - Review Population Based On Ratings

Hello,
I am looking for a way to pull the Review Population into the newly created talent review meeting based on the previous ratings from the previous meetings. Specifically, pulling only the population who have given ratings and not pulling everyone from that previous meetings.
Is the Analysis the only option?
If yes, is there any filtering option on the dashboard to show only the employees with the given ratings? Anything outside the "Risk of loss"; "Impact of loss" or "Mobility" filters? I am thinking of other filters like "Potential" ratings.
