Total Compensation Statement - Unable to View Generated Statements

Summary:

Generated Total Compensation and ran the view printable statements for all the users. From ESS the users can able to view and download the Total Compensation statement which is working fine. Also we tried from Analytics page by running the report with necessary inputs, there also we can able to see the printable statement. But from the My Client Groups —> Quick Actions —> View Generated Statements. Admin users can able to view the online statement but can't able to view the printable statement. Once it downloads the PDF comes with empty page
