Unable to open candidate details page in VB & unable to hide "+" button in Extra info segment/sectio

Summary: There are multiple segments on Candidate extra info section. But we have a requirement to make two segmnets visible & hide the "Add" button in it. The info should only be read only.

However, we are unable to achieve the same.

  1. Facing issue on opening the candidate details page in VB as context id is a mandatory field (not sure on what values should be passed there)
  2. Unsure on how to hide the add button
