Best practice for holiday hiring: Ensure Job Alerts are enabled and optimized in Oracle Recruiting

As you ramp up for seasonal and holiday hiring, make sure candidates and employees are actually receiving Job Alerts. We’ve introduced a new scheduled process: Process Recruiting Jobs Alert, that separates Job Alert processing from campaign email jobs to improve performance and reliability. This is required to ensure your candidates are receiving job alerts.
