How to change the future dated IC start date into back dated

Summary:

Hi

I have a requirement where the hire date was initially set to 24/11/2025, and all IC plan start dates were also 24/11/2025. The hire date has now been changed to 18/11/2025, but the IC plan start dates did not update automatically. When I try to change them through Administer Workforce, all dates before 24/11/2025 are greyed out. Is there any option available to update the IC plan start date as 18/11/2025 ?
