A couple of questions regarding the CustomerImportTemplate (FBDI) when filling out the following sheets:

1.HZ_IMP_CONTACTS_T
2.HZ_IMP_RELSHIPS_T

3.RA_CUSTOMER_PROFILES_INT_ALL

Q1: How do I enter a customer contact’s name in the Customer Import Template (FBDI)? I cannot find the appropriate column for it.

Q2: When I filled out HZ_IMP_RELSHIPS_T, I received the error: "You must enter a valid combination of subject type, object type, and role that references a valid relationship type." Does the role value come from "Manage Customer Account Lookups," or are there specific combination rules I should follow in Fusion Cloud?
