Knowledge Doc: Creating a Custom AI Agent Admin Role for SCM

By following the below steps, you can create a AI Agent SCM admin role to access all the SCM related agents.

Users with Supply Chain Application Administrator Role
1. In the Security Console, find and edit the Supply Chain Application Administrator job role.
2. In the "Basic Information" section, click on Enable Permission Groups

Users without Supply Chain Application Administrator Role:

1. Create a custom role and Enable Permission Groups
2. Connect following duty roles using the Role Hierarchy Section

Roles and Privileges tab:
• SCM Intelligent Agent Management Duty
(ORA_RCS_SCM_AI_AGENT_MANAGEMENT_DUTY)
• SCM Intelligent Agent Management Duty
(ORA_RCS_SCM_AI_AGENT_MANAGEMENT_DUTY_HCM)
