Performance Rating field that can be used in the approval workflow

Summary:

We are looking for the field which will store the calculated performance rating of an employee, that can be used in the approval workflow.

We tried using AttributeNumber2 for Manager overall summary calculated score. But this is not giving any results. Can someone help us to know the field that can be used in approval process flow configuration to get manager's overall calculated score.
