How to add or remove employees from the Goal plan once the goal management cycle has started

Summary: Our client wants to add few new joiners in the goal plan which is already started , is there any option apart from the schedule process. And if not so could you let us know the step by step process to achieve it via schedule processes , we do not want to duplicate the goal plan for the existing employees and want to only attached to the new joiners
