PR not generated for OSP item and no error in Orchestration

Summary:

Hi,

We are not able to generate PR for the OSP item. We also ran the Process Supply Chain Orchestration Interface. However, there is no error so we are not able to understand what the issue is. Two orders were created as part of testing, and both didn't generate any PR. Faced same issue with Min Max planning item but after we enabled the profile value it worked. Is there any other profile value for OSP?

  1. Item is OSP Enabled
  2. Ran the Process SCO ESS job
  3. There is Mapping set for "Work Order". For testing we have given the inventory org and account combination alone. Other input sources (Work order subtype, Purchasing and item number) has "*".
