Due date in journey passes the hire date when the journey is triggered for urgent hiring

We have created a onboarding enterprise checklist with few onboarding enterprise steps

The onboarding enterprise step is configured to trigger before 21 days,14 days,7days before the hire date based on the "Hire" action. Which is getting triggering correctly for the Line manager.

The issue is with the target duration which we have set to 7 days.

Scenario 1
When the "Hire" action is performed 21 days before the "Hire" date all the tasks are triggered and the due date also reflects correctly.
eg:- if the "Hire" action is done on 1st Nov 2025 and the hire date will be 22nd Nov 2025 and the due date for the tasks will be 8th nov (taks triggered on 1st Nov),15 nov (tasks triggered on 8th Nov) and 22nd nov 2025 (tasks triggered on 15th Nov)
