Redwood Check-in - Suggested Topic functionality

Hello everyone,

On the new Redwood Check-in page, there is a “Suggested Topics” button which, when clicked, opens an empty side menu referring to performance goals with this note inside:

When there are performance goals to review, you'll see them here.

Is this a feature that uses artificial intelligence?

Can you explain how it works and, if necessary, how to hide it?
