Line manager cannot view development goals of direct reports

Hello,

When a line manager tries to view the development goals of his direct reports from My Team -> Team Goals Center -> Development, nothing happens after clicking on a development goal.
When the line manager clicks on an employee name, nothing happens.
The line manager should be redirected to the development goals of the employee but this is not the case.

We have tested the above with our custom line manager role as well as with the seeded line manager role. We are having the same issue with seeded line manager role as well.
