Dynamic Dates should populate on Document Period based on Work Anniversary Date of an Employee

Dynamic dates should populate in the Document Period based on an employee’s Work Anniversary Date, but I do not see any option in Oracle to generate dynamic dates for this purpose.

Scenario:
We are currently using the fiscal year 01-April-2025 to 31-March-2026 as the Document Period Start and End Date. Therefore, when a performance document is assigned to an employee, the default End Date applied is 31-March-2026.

What we require is the following:
If an employee was hired on 01-Jan-2025, their work anniversary occurs on 01-Jan-2026. In this case, a performance document should be assigned to the employee using the same fiscal year range, but the Document Period End Date should be the Work Anniversary Date (01-Jan-2026) instead of 31-March-2026, so the document closes on the employee’s anniversary.
