HDL to Load Goal Progress Notes

Summary:

We are trying to load goal progress notes using HDL but cannot find any Business Object that supports this. We tried to test using a CommonNote.dat BO, but it does not load the progress notes data and runs into error.

As another approach, we considered creating a DFF to store the progress notes, but the DFF attribute limit of 150 characters is insufficient for the length of progress note content.
