Overview

Oracle Fusion Service provides an out-of-box (OOB) preview capability for image attachments exclusively within the Service Request (SR) object. This functionality is not available for Contact or Custom Object attachments, nor does the OOB preview support PDF files. To deliver a consistent and enhanced preview experience, the SR attachment fragment can be customized using supported configuration variables and events.
