the AI generates 1600 characters scripts against each goal during performance evaluation

Summary:

We are using AI Assist for self-evaluation and manager evaluation screen in redwood , and the AI generates 1600 characters scripts against each goal, its too high for an employee or manager to read and update, Can we reduce the size of the script. we tried set the maximum character limit in the text box level too . Can we restrict this or help us with the logic to explain the customer how the script is generated
