configuring rates in percentage for a Plan

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a plan where the rate should be sent in percentage to Payroll. Eg ER rate is 15% per pay period.

Annually it's becoming 15*24..we don't want that.Can anyone pls suggest how to configure this.
