Items not appearing in RSSP

Summary:

I am not able to see the existing items in RSSP page. I am implementing the below features:

Search and Select Items using Item Attributes

Search Items Using the New User Interface

The user has the required roles/privilege mentioned in the above features and I have run the ESS ingest jobs as well. Could anyone please share the detailed step-by-step instruction document to enable this option?
