AI Agent: Quote to Purchase Requisition Assistant – Fields Not Populating from PDF

Hi team,

We are testing the new Quote to Purchase Requisition Assistant in Self Service Procurement (25D). We completed all the required setup steps (AI Agent instance, Internet Account configuration, scheduled job, and roles). After sending an email with the supplier quotation PDF to the configured mailbox, we can confirm that the agent is triggered and a requisition is created in Self Service Procurement.

However, we are observing that the created requisition only contains:

• The title, and
• The original quotation PDF attached.

The requisition lines and fields are not being populated with the information from the supplier quotation. No lines, no Subtotal, No Approval Amount, No Requester, No Deliver to Location, No Destination Type, No Requested Delivery Date etc.
