New Issue - New Salary is rounding after submission - Redwood 25D - PROD and Non-PROD

Summary: When entering a change assignment, it appears correctly in the salary page. After submission, if we review the employee record, it is rounded to a whole number and the amount of change is modified to make it a whole number.

When entering a change assignment, it appears correctly in the salary page. However, after submission, if we review the employee record, it is rounded to a whole number and the amount of change is modified to make it a whole number. Prior to today, this has worked as expected. Nothing has changed in our rules,and everything is set to two decimal places or "to the nearest .01". The problem was just noticed in PROD 11/26/2025 and was replicated in non-prod today 12/1/2025 - so both are working the same way.
