Cannot View Goals for Inactive Employees

Navigation: My Client Groups > Goals > Goal Center > select: Include Terminated Work Relationship
User: Me, with admin privileges

Issue: When attempting to load goals for a terminated employee, the page spins indefinitely without loading. Issue does not exist for active employees.

I checked the console logs and I see a 404 error for the REST API GET command. Does anyone else get this error or not get this error?
