We have an employee converted from Employee to Contingent worker. and he needs to be eligible for Continuation Coverage. WE have created Life Event. When life event is triggered and evaluated it goes to processed and closed status directly. and it also makes ineligible to earlier continuation coverage enrollment. When try to reopen Life Event it shows error mentioned above that there is no electable choice.
