Performance Eval Configuration

Summary:

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to configure a performance eval with a performance rating, target proficiency displayed, but w/o the proficiency rating?:

I can configure with both the performance rating and proficiency rating. But our leadership team is asking for only the performance rating.

I tried to configure the performance template section with those settings:

But I am getting this error message:

I am guessing that the rating model has to align with the rating type and there isn't a way to configure around that. I tried to file an Oracle Support SR to get confirmation but was told that team couldn't help me and I had to look for an answer through Customer Connect. This is an ask from our leadership team, so I am hoping there is a subject matter expert at Oracle somewhere that can confirm whether or not what they are asking for is possible. Thanks!
