Possible to refresh eligibility upon performance document completion?
Summary:
One of the eligibility criteria for our Anytime performance documents is that no standard performance documents should have been completed within 90 days. While we can accommodate that with a custom eligibility fast formulae, it still requires the eligibility processing job itself to run - which is currently scheduled to happen daily.
This raises the following edge case:
- 2AM: the batch eligibility job runs and finds the worker eligible for an Anytime document
- 5AM: manager wakes up and completes a worker's performance document
- 7AM: manager creates an anytime performance document
- Next day, 2AM: the batch eligibility job runs and finds the worker ineligible for an Anytime document - even though one has already been created
