Candidate Previous/Next Navigation Controls

Summary:

We’re using Oracle Recruiting (Redwood). The candidate navigation arrows (Next/Previous buttons in the top-right corner) are visible when opening candidates, but as soon as we move a candidate to a new phase/status—the navigation arrows disappear.

This forces us to exit the candidate profile and reopen the next candidate manually, which slows down high-volume reviews.

Is anyone else experiencing this behavior? Is this expected with Redwood UX?
