How to Restrict Recruiter Access to Requisitions Before Approval in Oracle Recruiting Cloud

Hi Community,

Is there a way to restrict recruiters from accessing a job requisition until it has been fully approved ?
Currently, recruiters are able to view and make changes to requisitions even before the approval process is complete, and we want to prevent this.

Any guidance or recommended setup would be appreciated.
