In Redwood UI, the action plans are starting automatically as soon as they are associated with SR
We have created multiple Action Plan templates that we associate with Service Requests. In the Redwood UI, when an Action Plan is added from the Action Bar of the SR, the Action Plan automatically moves to the In Progress status instead of Not Started. Because of this, users are unable to delete the Action Plan once it is added.
However, in the Classic UI, when we add an Action Plan to an SR, the status correctly remains in Not Started, and users are able to delete it.
Could you please clarify why this behavior is different in Redwood and why the “Not Started” status is not being applied when adding Action Plans in Redwood?
