Change performance document task by HDL not working

Hello experts,

we run the following HDL file to massively move performance document from employee evaluation to manager evalutation.

METADATA|PerfDocComplete|AssignmentNumber|CustomaryName|Operation|CurrentTaskRoleTypeCode|NewTaskRoleTypeCode
MERGE|PerfDocComplete|E41031|Performance Management 2026|ORA_UPDATE_TASK_PD|WSEVAL|MGREVAL

However, in the data loading stage the system says that the current task code is not existing but it should.

How can we solve it?
