auto move the unscheduled activities to parent bucket of technician that are in techs non-scheduled

Summary: Assigned Activities to the technicians are moved to their unscheduled pool at the end of the day using message scenario if they are left in pending status. Now the requirement is to move these activities from the unscheduled pool of technicians to their respective parent buckets. Is there a way to achieve this. Open to ideas/suggestions.
