Restricting Program Access to Benefits Specialists for Making Elections
- We need to be able to allow a program to only be accessible (elections can be updated) by benefit specialist/admins and allow elections to be updated by employees. We still need to use the same life events that the state program uses since the effective dating is shared between the two.
- We cannot hide the program from employees on additional information pages, as this hides the enrollments from the employee in self-service (enrollment summary).
- Employee - View but not update election choices
- Admins - View and update election choices.
