in Performance Management

Performance Document Approvers are seeing the following message when they view the details behind an Approval, when viewing a Performance Document in the UI. Message: Observer case is not supported for this flow or some exception occured while fetching the taskobject. Please check server logs for more details.

What does this message mean? It is not preventing them from approving the document, but we are not sure what the message means. Thank you for any help!
