Team Sync agent can't found

Hi,

I was trying to enable the team sync for manager to review the team performance, but currently I'm facing the below issue.

Navigation → My Team → Touchpoints → Team Sync

I have enabled the team sync agent with the delivered templated available for touchpoints.

This manager has the reportees and from manager end the check-ins has been assigned and it was updated by reportees as well

Kindly help me on this issue in agent for touchpoints
