Need Fast Formula Database Item for Latest Hire Date of Rehired Employees

We are facing an issue for rehire employees where certain tasks are not getting triggered as expected. These tasks are configured based on a Fast Formula condition that checks whether the Enterprise Hire Date is greater than or equal to Sysdate-6.

However, for rehire employees, the formula is picking the original Enterprise Hire Date instead of the most recent hire date, causing the condition to fail and preventing the corresponding tasks from triggering.

We have tested multiple database items in the Fast Formula to retrieve the latest hire date but have not been successful.

Could you please suggest the appropriate database item to fetch the latest hire date for rehire employees and advise if there is any way to generate logs or trace details for Fast Formula execution to help with debugging?
