Enhanced Talent Profile Migration

in Performance Management

We had our pod provisioned prior to the introduction of Enhanced Talent Profiles. We never used the Talent Management modules. Hence, never had any reasons to migrate to Enhanced Talent profiles. We are currently in the process of implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud which uses Content Section Items and hence it could be beneficial to upgrade to Enhanced Talent Profiles to utilize the functionalities. We wanted to understand the impacts of the same on Core HR. Would this lead to Employee Talent profiles being created or any other Talent related items exposed to users, considering we would like to only use
