25D Redwood: Talent ratings are not visible under My client groups > Talent Profile

HR user is trying to view the Talent Ratings but the sections are not visible.

Loaded the person profile (Degrees) through HDL to the users.

Talent Profile Subscriber is already added to the Degrees section.

Ran Refresh process and HCM-Person but the data is not visible.

In the backend the loaded data is visible
