Eloqua SMS integration CX - Opt-out

Hi there,
We are using Eloqua and the Sales Cloud which are integrated by using the Standard Connector.
In Sales Cloud we have a custom field on contact level called "NO SMS" which is mapped to a custom field in Eloqua called "SMS Blockage".
Once this value is filled, we want to set a global opt-out for SMS by using a program.
We do it exactly the same way for Emails, by using th action "unsubcribe contact". I am looking for the same option for SMS, which seems to be not available.
How do we setup this up?
