Redwood Features and Service Center Behavior

Hi, we had already opened service requests about this last year and we were told that Redwood does not support After Create triggers. We wanted to check whether this is now possible.

In addition, we are unable to edit the Activities panel of the Service Center (where messages and SR updates are summarized) in the detail page using Visual Builder. Is this action also not supported?

Finally, when duplicating an SR, the messages were not being copied. Is this still not supported in Redwood?
