Live Chat - Access to Interactions as an Employee

Hi All,

We have enabled the Live Chat feature and its working for us without any issues. However, our client wants to show the interactions to employee as well.

Currently, as an Agent/Admin we can navigate to Employee Search and access the interactions for a particular employee, our client wants to have same functionality for employee as well so that they can access their chats when the SRs are not being raised and the issue is fixed via Chat only.

We did try below thread which suggest a privilege to give access to Employee search -
