Extra Inputs and Rate Value Calculation

Summary:

We have the same calculation for Rate Value Calculation, but we need to pull different UDTs for different plans. Instead of having dozens of formulas, we would like to follow the oracle recommendation of code reuse. Can we pass UDT name and maybe a flag?
